Congratulations to Chris Barker for Passing ALL 3 of the Fleet Driver Trainer exams on his FIRST attempt. The examiner commented on how natural the conversation felt during the tests and that he felt Chris encouraged him to find his own solutions with some good coaching questions and techniques.

I wanted to take a course to become a DVSA Registered Fleet Driver Trainer for a number of reasons:
- To ensure I keep my own driving standards to a high level
- To improve my coaching abilities with both Provisional Driving Licence Holders and be able to adapt to the different needs of a Full Driving Licence holder
- To expand my knowledge of commercial driving environments and assist in the challenges they may have.
The course I took from Green Penny https://www.greenpenny.co.uk/fleet-trainer-course/ provided me with everything I needed to pass Parts 1, 2 and 3 on my first attempt in an area I was completely unfamiliar with. My trainer (Andy Clement) was Professional, friendly and knowledgeable making it fun to learn in a relaxed environment. My examiner was also excellent in explaining what the tests would entail and had a calm, friendly attitude towards me which helped me settle in and perform to the best of my ability.
I am now available to work as a Fleet Driver Trainer at Driving Skills Academy Ltd or through any organisations that may be interested in utilising my skills.
