Theory Tests in Lockdown
In the UK currently you are unable to sit a Theory test but that does give you a little more time to study.

Driving Lessons in Lockdown
All driving lessons have been suspended during lockdown.
The DVSA have advised that the Government guidance during the lockdown is to stay at home so private practice is not advised until the restrictions are lifted.

Practical Car Tests in lockdown
Practical Car Tests have been cancelled during the UK Lockdown, If you had a test booked that would be during lockdown then the test will not be going ahead and the DVSA will contact you or your driving instructor to advise of next steps. We’re already seeing some tests being rescheduled from Early January to Early March 2021 so you should probably expect to see a similar delay to your test.
